Is it possible to fetch data from Oracle DB in AngularJS? (I only have the DB connection, so by this can I get data from DB using AngularJS)

If you are asking about Angular 2+, you can fetch data from any database be it ORACLE, Sqlserver, Mysql by exposing the query related logic in form if webservices which will be ultimately invoked from Angular services. You can’t run queries from Angular. It’s a client side technology.
